Physician
The Headache Center at Piercey Neurology LLC is looking to expand our team with an MD or DO.
We are a private medical clinic located in Corvallis, Oregon. Office hours are 8:00 – noon and 1:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday. We do not have on-call hours; patients are directed to Urgent Care or the Emergency Room if treatment is necessary outside of our office hours.
A full-time provider is desired, but part-time may be negotiated. Previous Neurology training and experience is preferred, but not required.
We treat various types of headaches in patients 10 years of age and older. We believe that headaches can be a painful, disabling disease, and that we have a responsibility to our patients to identify and provide treatment that improves their quality of life to the best of our ability.
Treatment options include various oral and injectable medications, including anti-CGRP medications and/or chemo-denervation with toxin injections (Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport).
Same-day acute care appointments are available to established patients, including procedures such as various nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and intramuscular or subcutaneous systemic therapies.

- Review incoming referrals for new patients
- Review incoming lab and imaging results and follow-up with patients in a timely manner
- Advise nursing staff of appropriate response to patient phone calls
- Office visit responsibilities:
- Obtain health history
- Perform necessary physical exam
- Review lab and test reports
- Develop treatment plan and counsel patient on recommendations
- Prescribe medications
- Document visit in our EMR (Quatris Centricity)
